EHRC Marathon website weer in de lucht !

Beste leden, donateurs, belangstellenden en relaties,

Op 29 september jl. heeft het bestuur van EHRC marathon u bericht dat er geen officiële rol binnen en buiten de vereniging meer is weggelegd voor de heer Verbeek. Op het verzoek van het bestuur om de technische gegevens van de website ter beschikking te stellen aan de vereniging, werd helaas niet positief gereageerd. Het bestuur had geen toegang meer tot de website van de vereniging en kon dus ook geen invloed uitoefenen op de inhoud, laat staan dat zij daar de verantwoording voor kon nemen.

Ook omdat er ineens geen informatiebron meer beschikbaar was voor onze leden en onze relaties en belangstellenden, moesten wij u per e-mail berichten over de achtergronden en moesten wij u melden hoe de vereniging tot nader order kon worden bereikt.

Doordat een aantal leden de handen uit de mouwen hebben gestoken, behoort het vorenstaande gelukkig tot het verleden. Er is er een nieuwe, frisse en vooral mooie website gebouwd. Uiteraard is die nog niet klaar. Een informatiebron als deze zal moeten groeien. Wij zijn trots u te kunnen melden dat de meest noodzakelijke informatie reeds op onze nieuwe website te vinden is en we doen er alles aan doen om de nog ontbrekende informatie zo snel mogelijk aan te vullen.

Andere socialmedia kanalen (Facebook, Instagram en Twitter), van EHRC Marathon, worden spoedig in een nieuw jasje gestoken en voorzien van een nieuwe naam.

Het bestuur heeft deze weg gekozen omdat elke discussie over de vraag wie rechthebbende is op de eerdere website tijd, geld en emotie kost. Dat weegt niet op tegen de grote sportieve en financiële schade die er wordt geleden, als zo'n discussie wordt uitgevochten. Ook de leden hebben daar niets aan. Die willen graag onze mooie sport beoefenen. We kijken graag naar de toekomst en hopen dat met u te blijven doen.

Onze nieuwe website is te bereiken via: www.ehrcmarathon.eu. Daar vindt u uiteraard ook de e-mailadressen waarop het bestuur van de vereniging bereikbaar is.

Het bestuur wil bij deze excuses aanbieden voor de door u eventueel ervaren overlast.

On September 29, the board of EHRC marathon informed you that there is no longer any official role inside and outside the association for Mr. Verbeek. Unfortunately, the board's request to make the technical data of the website available to the association did not receive a positive response. The board no longer had access to the website of the association and therefore could not influence the content, let alone take responsibility for it. Also because suddenly there was no source of information available for our members, relations and interested parties, we had to inform you by earlier e-mail about the backgrounds and we had to tell you how the association could be reached until further notice. Because a number of members have put their hands to the wheel, the problems belong to the past. A new, fresh and, above all, beautiful website has been built. Of course it is not yet ready. An information source like this will have to grow. We are proud to announce that the most necessary information can already be found on our new website and we do everything we can to supplement the missing information as quickly as possible. Other social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) from EHRC Marathon, will soon be given a new look and a new name. The board has chosen this route because every discussion about who is entitled to the previous website costs time, money and emotion. That does not outweigh the major sporting and financial damage that is suffered when such a discussion is fought. The members also have nothing to do with it. They would like to practice our beautiful sport. We look forward to the future and hope to continue to do so with you. Our new website can be reached via: www.ehrcmarathon.eu.
